Our design packages are for 22 business days per month. If your current needs are finished within that time frame you can easily pause your membership. While paused, additional days stay available for work to resume in the future and your billing is placed on hold.

There is no limit to requests and no limit to revisions as long as your membership remains active.
You can fill your project queue with as many design tasks as you'd like and we will diligently deliver them one by one.
Most requests are completed in two days or less. Larger scope projects may be broken up into the separate tasks needed for their completion and you will receive deliverables on an ongoing basis until projects are fully approved.
We use industry standard software and are early adopters for programs that create high-caliber work and can be passed down the development pipeline to your partners.
Software varies based on the task at hand. We typically work in Solidworks, Keyshot, Virtual Reality, Midjourney and Adobe CC on Mac and Windows systems.
We use a purpose-built project management tool to keep requests and communication organized. You will instantly receive login credentials with your plan.
Nearly any file types can be uploaded to your platform to provide project details or feedback - pdfs, google docs, loom videos, URL links, and more.
If you have prototypes to send us for review we will provide you with shipping information.
In most cases, yes! Depending on the quality of your assets we can move forward faster from where you are than starting over.
We're are able to view most file formats you can send us.
If you have native files for Solidworks or Keyshot we are able to maintain full editibality and build on what you already have.

Depending on complexity, new products typically take between 1-4 months to go from idea (or no idea!) to sampling.
